Sales Executive - Western

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow the bank’s customer base.
• Sales & Promotion: Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
• Financial Assessment: Evaluate clients’ financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed set business growth and revenue targets.
• Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and effective follow-up.
• Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, Risk, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline activities, and market developments.
• Continuous Learning: Continuously improve knowledge of financial products, market dynamics, and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business-related studies.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, or sales within the banking or financial sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management principles.
• Understanding of banking products, lending, and financial solutions.
• Strong understanding of SME, retail, or corporate banking markets.
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving orientation.
• Team collaboration and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving, evaluation, strategic thinking, and market analysis capabilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills.
