Inside Sales Representative - Telesales

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Relationship Management: Manage selected non 'Field Managed' reseller accounts to foster relationship growth.
• Performance Targets: Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the role, such as 40% account growth Year on Year, talk time targets, and effective call volumes.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Cold call reseller suspects using promotions and campaigns as hooks. Identify prospects and gauge the strength of leads, driving them through to closure while coordinating with internal departments.
• Sales Optimization: Responsibly drive the upselling and cross-selling of Epson's diverse product range.
• Partner Program Management: Support partners in maximizing rebates via partner programs and ensure they are aligned with programs that benefit their business model and meet Epson's strategic goals.
• Account Progression: Target and promote potential accounts to achieving 'Field Managed' status.
• Pipeline Accuracy: Ensure opportunities are properly registered and kept up to date on the forecasting system for accurate data management.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with business unit heads regarding large sales opportunities to ensure that appropriate stock is secured and available.
• Event Participation: Represent Epson at shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as required.
• Silver Accreditation: Identify potential resellers who could qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BSc/HND degree or equivalent qualification.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain high activity levels.
• Resilience: The ability to remain calm and determined after setbacks.
• Administration: Strong administrative skills.
• Attitude: A positive and "can-do" attitude.
