Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive (Hospitality) to join their team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting hotel services, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships
Promote hotel rooms, conference facilities, and other services
Conduct sales visits and follow up on leads
Achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Previous hospitality sales experience is an added advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
