This role involves driving sales and project implementation for Reverse Osmosis (RO) and packaged drinking water plants, targeting entrepreneurs, NGOs, institutions, and investors. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial client engagement and technical guidance to project planning and final execution, ensuring high-value conversions while professionally representing the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients including entrepreneurs, NGOs, institutions, and investors.
Explain bottling plant setups, machinery layouts, and operational workflows to clients.
Guide clients on licensing, regulatory, and compliance requirements for water production.
Support project planning, coordination, and execution phases.
Conduct daily field visits and submit accurate sales reports.
Provide weekly updates on the sales pipeline.
Maintain and update CRM data, tracking all follow-ups efficiently.
Achieve assigned sales and project implementation targets.
Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales.
Specific experience in industrial water treatment, RO plants, or bottled water projects is highly preferred.
A proven track record in managing technical sales cycles, closing high-value projects, and achieving sales targets.
