Stan Consulting Group Limited is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to be based in the Nyanza region (Siaya). The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the customer base by identifying and developing new business leads, promoting financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow the bank’s customer base.
Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment solutions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
Evaluate clients’ financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
Meet or exceed set business growth and revenue targets.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and effective follow-up.
Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, Risk, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline activities, and market developments.
Continuously improve knowledge of financial products, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Business related studies.
2+ years experience in business development, relationship management, or sales within the banking or financial sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management principles.
Understanding of banking products, lending, and financial solutions.
Strong understanding of SME, retail, or corporate banking markets.
