CDL Human Resource is seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Industrial Water Chillers. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales of industrial water chillers across diverse sectors including Food & Beverage, Plastics, Pharmaceutical, Dairy, Hospitality, and Manufacturing. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation and site visits to technical proposals and final project closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industrial sectors.
Conduct technical site visits and engage in detailed discussions with potential clients.
Collect and analyze load data to ensure technical requirements are met.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop accurate technical proposals and competitive pricing.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates using CRM systems.
Achieve defined sales targets while maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
Ensure professional representation of the brand in the marketplace.
Qualifications & Experience
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of proven experience in technical sales, with a preference for those who have worked with industrial equipment or HVAC systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full technical sales cycle and successfully close high-value projects.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales tracking and management.
