This role is designed for a self-motivated sales professional who possesses strong field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of automotive products. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct selling, client acquisition, sales administration, and market intelligence within the assigned territory, which includes Nairobi, Mount Kenya, and Maasai Mara.
Key Responsibilities
Drive direct sales of company products and services within the assigned regions (Nairobi, Mount Kenya, Maasai Mara).
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Prospect for new clients and grow the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, projections, and activity reports as guided by management.
Plan and undertake regional client visits, business trips, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events as approved.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high service standards.
Manage the full sales administration cycle, including quotations, job cards, delivery, invoicing, and job card closure.
Support credit applications, ensure timely debt collection, and share market intelligence and emerging customer needs with management.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior sales experience in automotive parts, preferably suspension products or vehicle conversions.
Strong selling, presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and presentable with high personal integrity.
Ability to build strong business relationships and networks.
