The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company's wide portfolio of printing and branding solutions. The role requires a self-driven individual with proven experience in selling signage, branding, or advertising solutions, and the ability to deliver on sales targets in a competitive market.
This role is critical for aligning the sales function with broader business objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the printing and point of sale fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will be an aggressive hunter with a proven ability to identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across industries such as retail, FMCG, real estate, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Promote and sell the company's product portfolio, including:
Billboard printing
POS displays
Indoor & outdoor signage
Retail branding and fit-outs
Vehicle branding
Banners, flags, and standees
Mall advertising management
Exhibition displays & textile printing
Screen printing and stickers
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision and timeliness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in printing, branding, signage, advertising, or related industries.
Strong understanding of the branding and advertising market in Kenya.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
