The Sales Associate-Private Seller at Peach is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with sellers through personalized communication, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the selling process, and successfully negotiating and closing car sales.
Key Responsibilities
Seller Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong connections through personalized communication. Act as the primary point of contact, guiding sellers through the unique needs and preferences of the selling process while addressing inquiries promptly.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Ensure a smooth transition for the customer in line with company standard operating processes and policies.
Listing Support: Assist sellers in effectively listing their vehicles by providing pricing guidance based on current market trends.
Transaction Coordination: Coordinate negotiations and closings to ensure accurate representation and facilitate successful sales outcomes.
Seller Experience Enhancement: Clearly articulate the selling process, including terms and conditions. Educate sellers on platform features and benefits and handle concerns or disputes promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the vehicle selling process.
Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. A background in retail sales or customer experience is also beneficial.
Data Management: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools for tracking customer interactions and managing leads.
Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building relationships and handling inquiries and complaints in a busy environment.
Account Management: Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
