Responsibilities
Promote the Jambojet brand and services to potential and existing customers.
Book travel arrangements and issue tickets accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Drive passenger loyalty by providing exceptional service.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information in a professional manner.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) is required.
Prior experience in the aviation, travel, or ticketing industry is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
