Reeds Africa Consult is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team specifically covering the Mt. Kenya and Coast regions. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our publishing products, expanding our customer base, and strengthening relationships with schools and institutions within their assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s books and publishing products to schools, institutions, and distributors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct product presentations and marketing campaigns.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
Collect market intelligence and provide regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in the publishing or education sector is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
