Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow avocado export volumes across key international markets.
Business Development: Identify, pursue, and manage relationships with importers, distributors, and wholesalers’ buyers.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform sales planning and forecasting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with farms, operations, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with export standards.

Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

Knowledge and experience working with CRM tools.
