We are currently seeking a well-groomed, presentable, and energetic Sales Agent based in Mombasa to grow our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Pitching: Identify and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Portfolio Growth: Build and grow the client portfolio within the assigned Mombasa region.
Target Achievement: Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Service Standards: Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry.
Industry Knowledge: Experience from a vehicle tracking company is an added advantage.
Key Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Performance: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-Management: Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, energetic, well-groomed, and presentable.
Language: Knowledge of the local dialect of the Mombasa region is an added advantage.
