Sheth Naturals, a beauty brand founded with a focus on clean beauty and harmful-ingredient-free products, is looking for dedicated In-store Merchandisers for their Nyali location. The role focuses on representing the brand in a retail setting, interacting with shoppers, and driving sales growth through excellent product presentation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage walk-in customers and promote Sheth Naturals products.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets to ensure business growth.
Maintain product visibility and create attractive displays within the retail space.
Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a BA, BSc, or HND qualification.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated to deliver results.
Must be presentable, reliable, and professional in conduct.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
Availability to work full-time in assigned stores.
