Sheth Naturals is seeking dedicated and energetic In-store Merchandisers to join our team in Kakamega. The successful candidates will be the face of our brand, interacting directly with customers to promote our clean beauty and skincare products. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the beauty industry and driven to achieve sales excellence in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively approach and engage walk-in customers to introduce them to Sheth Naturals' product line.
Sales Performance: Drive daily and monthly sales targets through persuasive selling and effective product demonstrations.
Merchandising: Maintain high standards of product visibility and ensure displays are organized, clean, and attractive according to brand guidelines.
Product Advocacy: Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product benefits, usage, and ingredients to customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with store management and teams to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) is required.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Mindset: Self-driven, highly motivated by targets, and results-oriented.
Professionalism: Presentable appearance and a high degree of reliability.
Adaptability: Willingness and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
Desired Attributes
A genuine passion for sales and customer service.
Previous experience in retail, beauty, skincare, or sales is considered a significant advantage.
Availability to work full-time within assigned retail outlets in Kakamega.
