Morsan HR Consulting is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Agent to be based in Mombasa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's presence in the vehicle tracking industry within the coastal region. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching tracking solutions, and ensuring the achievement of set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Build and grow a client portfolio within the assigned Mombasa region.
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Network and build relationships to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Having experience from a vehicle tracking company is an added advantage.
At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales in a tracking industry.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
A well-groomed and presentable person who is enthusiastic and energetic.
