We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in Meru. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local dialect and proven experience in field sales.
Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals
Build and grow client portfolio within assigned region
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales in a tracking industry
Experience from a vehicle tracking company is an added advantage
Strong negotiation, networking and closing skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work under minimal supervision
A well-groomed and presentable person who is enthusiastic and energetic
Knowledge of the local dialect will be an added advantage
