We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Agent to join our team in Machakos. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our presence in the region by delivering innovative technology and dependable services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Build and grow the client portfolio within the assigned region (Machakos).
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
A well-groomed and presentable person who is enthusiastic and energetic.
Knowledge of the local dialect in Machakos is an added advantage.
Experience from a vehicle tracking company is a significant plus.
