Job Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving the growth of vehicle tracking solutions within the Machakos region. This involves prospecting and pitching to a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and individuals, while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Build and grow a client portfolio within the assigned region.
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry.
Experience working for a vehicle tracking company is considered a significant added advantage.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
A well-groomed and presentable person who is enthusiastic and energetic.
