We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Agent based in Kisii to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering clients with innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Build and grow a client portfolio within the assigned region.
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales within the tracking industry.
Previous experience from a vehicle tracking company is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
A well-groomed and presentable person who is enthusiastic and energetic.
Knowledge of the local dialect in the Kisii region is an added advantage.
