We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Agent to be based in Machakos. The primary purpose of this role is to drive growth by promoting and selling vehicle tracking solutions to a variety of clients including SMEs, large corporations, and individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the Machakos region and consistently achieving sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individual clients.
Portfolio Management: Build and grow a robust client portfolio within the assigned Machakos region.
Target Achievement: Consistently deliver on set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales, specifically within the tracking industry.
Industry Advantage: Prior experience working for a vehicle tracking company is considered a significant added advantage.
Core Competencies: Strong skills in negotiation, networking, and closing deals.
Performance History: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-Management: Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Professionalism: Must be a well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic individual.
