Responsibilities
Prospecting: Actively identify and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporate clients, and individuals.
Client Management: Build, grow, and maintain a robust client portfolio within the assigned region.
Performance Targets: Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Standard Compliance: Maintain high-quality service levels by adhering to and enforcing organizational standards.
Requirements
Academic Background: A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales, specifically within the vehicle tracking industry.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience with a vehicle tracking company is a significant advantage.
Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and sales closing abilities.
Attributes: A well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
