The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Agent to be based in Meru. The successful candidate will focus on driving growth by prospecting and pitching vehicle tracking solutions to a diverse client base including SMEs, corporates, and individual clients. This role requires an energetic individual who can work under minimal supervision and consistently meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pitching: Identify and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporates, and individuals.
Portfolio Management: Build and grow a robust client portfolio within the Meru region.
Target Achievement: Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
Quality Standards: Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in field sales, specifically in the tracking industry.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working with a vehicle tracking company is a significant added advantage.
Key Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Personal Attributes: Ability to work under minimal supervision; a well-groomed, presentable, enthusiastic, and energetic professional.
