The primary focus of this role is to prospect and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to a wide range of clients including SMEs, corporates, and individuals. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pitching: Identify potential clients and pitch vehicle tracking solutions to SMEs, corporate entities, and individuals.
Client Management: Build and grow a robust client portfolio within the assigned region.
Sales Targets: Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Service Standards: Maintain high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1–2 years’ proven experience in field sales within the vehicle tracking industry.
Industry Knowledge: Experience specifically from a vehicle tracking company is considered a significant added advantage.
Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
Self-Management: Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Attributes: A well-groomed and presentable individual who is enthusiastic, energetic, and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
