At InEvent, we are passionate about live events and broadcasting technologies. We are building the most powerful and versatile platform for professional events, meetings, and live streams. We are seeking an RFP Analyst to identify, prepare, and manage proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Role Overview
The RFP Analyst will lead the end-to-end proposal submission process. This includes identifying relevant opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial data, and ensuring all submissions are high-quality, compliant, and persuasive.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Sourcing: Identify and source relevant RFP opportunities from multiple channels and assess their alignment with the company's growth strategy.
Proposal Preparation: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Customization: Tailor proposals to address specific client needs, industry contexts, and evaluation criteria.
Client Engagement: Conduct structured follow-ups with clients and coordinate demonstration scheduling and other engagement activities.
Process Improvement: Maintain RFP documentation, improve proposal templates, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the bidding process.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working on RFPs/proposals.
Communication Skills: Strong proposal writing and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Analytical Skills: Strong research skills to evaluate RFP requirements, eligibility criteria, and competitive positioning.
Project Management: Effective project management skills to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Business Acumen: Good understanding of business strategy, products/services, and target markets.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
