The Director, Commercial Frontline for Angola & HIMA is the key Commercial Partner for the Franchise and Bottling System. This role leads the integration of the Commercial Strategy and Levers into the end-to-end process, plans, and strategies within the Franchise to deliver joint System Value. As the primary commercial protagonist, you will drive transformative strategic commercial thought leadership and partner with Marketing to ensure commercial integration into marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Commercial Agenda: Lead and drive the integrated commercial agenda in the Franchise & Bottling system, ensuring end-to-end integration.
- Annual Business Planning (ABP): Build and develop the Commercial ABP for the Franchise, partnering with the Franchise and Bottler to build out detailed support plans.
- Quarterly Prioritization: Prioritize commercial priorities by quarter in the Franchise.
- BBM Model Management: Drive the right BBM model for the Franchise, ensuring appropriate pack architecture and adapting to market dynamics via the "On Demand Hub."
- Strategic Leadership: Act as the strategic commercial thought leader and 'Right Hand' to the Franchise GM.
- Resource Allocation: Recruit resources to address priorities from the "On Demand Hub" including Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital.
- Marketing Collaboration: Provide commercial input and approval for all Marketing Campaigns and Picture of Success, ensuring integration into marketing processes.
- Strategy Input: Provide commercial input into strategies like ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium to ensure they are market-relevant.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
- 10-12+ years of leadership experience in Commercial roles.
- Strong skills in Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Segmentation, Route to Market (RTM), and Negotiation.
- Proven track record of execution excellence.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
- Solid System acumen and business dimensions understanding.
- Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment.
- Desirable: Experience within the Bottling System or a Franchise-based environment.
