As a Revenue Analyst at Accor, you will support the hotel's revenue management strategy by ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights. You will collaborate with reservation and front office teams to maintain high standards of data entry while analyzing market trends and hotel performance to optimize revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
Communicate the processes to follow in terms of booking quality and correct data input into the PMS (Property Management System) toward the reservation and front office teams.
Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).
Update the event database (e.g., in the Revenue Management System - RMS).
Analyze the hotel performance in the RMS as a basis for strategy decisions.
Survey the market and competitors in terms of pricing and closed dates as a basis for future pricing strategies.
Analyze contract performance (price, allotments, number of rooms sold, etc.) before renewal decisions are taken.
Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Act as support in the preparation of the annual revenue budget.
Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the industry.
Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
