We are looking for a passionate Loan Collection Field Agent to join our dynamic team and help us maintain a healthy loan portfolio through proactive fieldwork and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
Visit clients in the field as per assigned schedules.
Negotiate repayment plans where necessary.
Maintain accurate records of collections and client feedback.
Submit daily reports on field activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in loan collection or credit management.
Must be a motorcycle rider with a valid riding license.
Familiar with Nairobi and its surroundings.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
