This role is responsible for driving business growth across the NGO and SACCO segments by identifying new opportunities, managing existing relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening strategic partnerships and enhancing the Bank’s positioning within the institutional banking space.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth within the institutional banking sector.
Appraise funding and credit requests to ensure alignment with the bank's risk appetite and financial objectives.
Support clients with tailored advisory services to ensure efficient banking operations.
Conduct continuous market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and manage associated risks.
Deliver sustainable revenue growth through proactive relationship management and business development.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
Proven experience in managing NGO and SACCO clients within a banking or financial services environment.
Commercially focused professional with strong relationship management, analytical, and networking skills.
