SBM Bank Kenya is seeking a Relationship Manager for Elite & Diaspora Banking in Nanyuki. The job holder is responsible for providing a relationship-based offering to high net-worth (HNW) affluent individuals through a pro-active, highly responsive personal approach to meet their financial needs and service expectations. You will act as a dedicated and primary point of contact for customers, providing financial solutions aligned with the segment value proposition while maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new HNW affluent customers as per the criteria outlined in the segment strategy.
Pro-actively identify cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio to maximize life cycle opportunities.
Conduct thorough needs analyses with all customers to ensure appropriate product recommendations.
Explore and track customers' short- and long-term financial goals and lifecycle priorities.
Implement a comprehensive calling and contact management program for the portfolio.
Manage the portfolio to maximize bank revenue (fees, margins, and sales) while minimizing costs and risks.
Strengthen one-on-one relationships to retain customers and gain referrals.
Educate customers on self-service channels like Internet and Mobile Banking.
