Role Overview

Key Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
Minimum of 3 years of experience for midwives in a busy maternity setting, and 1 year of post-internship clinical experience for general nurses.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility and ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
