Jambojet is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and brand presence across assigned regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and leading sales activations to achieve passenger growth and market share targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can cultivate partnerships with travel agents and corporate accounts while providing leadership to frontline sales and ticketing teams.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, passenger growth, and market share targets across assigned stations.
Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities by leading targeted sales prospecting, executive-level client engagement, and strategic market penetration initiatives.
Drive brand equity and demand generation by providing strategic leadership in regional sales activations, high-impact marketing campaigns, and integrated promotional programs.
Cultivate and deepen strategic partnerships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and key ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen loyalty, enhance commercial conversion, and secure sustainable revenue streams.
Ensure consistent brand representation at all touchpoints including sales offices, operational areas, business partner premises, events and customer engagements.
Drive the acquisition of new business and retention of existing business through regular sales visits and tactical market engagements.
Champion product adoption and revenue maximization by delivering strategic education on Jambojet’s revenue product offerings, enabling effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Optimize regional sales performance and serve as the primary escalation point for frontline sales and ticketing teams, delivering rapid resolution of operational and stakeholder challenges to ensure service continuity and minimize business disruption.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in sales, with a 2-year track record of leading a team and achieving sales targets, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
Certifications: Professional sales or marketing certifications are considered an advantage.
