As Regional Sales Enablement Manager – Process at Maersk Line, you will champion operational excellence in sales by streamlining processes, driving standardization, and enabling sales teams to spend more time with customers. You will act as a subject matter expert on sales processes and tools while identifying and removing bottlenecks that impact sales effectiveness across the IMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of sales processes across the IMEA region.
Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes, methodologies, tools, and enablement frameworks.
Identify and remove process bottlenecks that impact sales effectiveness, deal execution, and speed‑to‑market.
Improve key sales cycles such as lead‑to‑close and quote‑to‑order through data‑driven optimization.
Support Sales Management in diagnosing root causes of process inefficiencies and execution gaps.
Lead and support sales projects and system implementations, ensuring alignment with global standards.
Collect feedback from areas on new tools and platform rollouts and partner with global owners to optimize adoption.
Define, run, and continuously improve data hygiene and operating rhythm processes across the region.
Provide guidance to areas on execution models, sales standards, and best‑practice frameworks.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Global Service Centre, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
Requirements
Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes and commercial operating models.
Proven experience driving process improvement, standardization, and enablement initiatives at scale.
Ability to manage complexity and translate global strategy into practical regional execution.
Strong business and financial acumen with a data‑driven mindset.
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
Ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
A customer‑centric mindset with a passion for improving sales effectiveness.
Experience planning and executing regional initiatives in a matrix organization.
