About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced recruitment professional who can manage full-cycle hiring processes and deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple clients and roles.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and precise job requirements.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networking.
Screening & Assessment: Review CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability for specified roles.
Shortlisting: Present highly qualified candidates to clients and manage the feedback loops.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using ATS/CRM systems.
Pipeline Building: Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience working within a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm is highly desirable (added advantage).
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of professionalism and a strong client-first mindset.
