Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a driven and experienced recruitment professional who can manage full-cycle hiring processes and deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple clients and roles.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and precise job requirements.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networking.
• Screening & Assessment: Review CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability for specified roles.
• Shortlisting: Present highly qualified candidates to clients and manage the feedback loops.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using ATS/CRM systems.
• Pipeline Building: Build and sustain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience working within a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm is highly desirable (added advantage).
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of professionalism and a strong client-first mindset.
