Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and attract talent.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews, preparing interview materials, and sending out candidate communications.
• Collaborate with other members of the HR/Coordination team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Language: MUST HAVE ENGLISH C1 (or higher).
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented: High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Attitude: Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required.
