Job Description
As a Real Estate Office Administrator at CDL Human Resource, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office while providing essential support to the real estate team and clients. The role involves a mix of front-office management, client relations, marketing support, and property management administration. You will act as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a professional image and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations: Greet clients and visitors warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to emails promptly.
Administrative Management: Manage office calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Client Follow-up: Maintain contact with clients for feedback and keep them updated on new property listings.
Marketing Support: Prepare property listings, design flyers, manage social media accounts, and run email campaigns.
Property Management: Manage properties including tenant communication, rent collection, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and handling tenant inquiries and complaints.
Documentation: Maintain accurate filing systems and organize all property-related documents, leases, and agreements.
Event Coordination: Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other real estate events.
Transaction Support: Assist with real estate transactions including preparing contracts and ensuring proper documentation.
General Office Support: Handle tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, and managing mail.
Financial Administration: Perform basic accounting tasks, maintain daily activity data sheets, and support property financial records.
Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
Accounting: Basic accounting knowledge is required.
Experience: Experience in property management or real estate administration is an added advantage.
Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
