Office Assistant III

While specific duties are centered on general office support, typical responsibilities for this grade include:

• Performing general cleaning and maintenance of office premises and furniture.
• Preparing and serving tea and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Collecting and delivering files, documents, and mail both internally and externally.
• Operating basic office machinery such as photocopiers and scanners.
• Assisting in the movement of office furniture and equipment.
• Supporting registry and clerical staff in basic document management tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

• A Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of D+ (plus).
• Compliance with the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 (regarding leadership and integrity).
