Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is seeking a Process Compliance Auditor to join their team. This role is focused on auditing departmental processes to ensure they are streamlined, compliant, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or process improvement and be certified in Lean Six Sigma.
Key Responsibilities
Departmental Audits: Perform audits within various departments to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows.
Process Improvement: Lead Lean Six Sigma projects focused on improving organizational processes.
Training Development: Design and develop training modules based on the findings from audits to improve team performance and adherence to standards.
Policy & Compliance: Handle the renewal of licenses and ensure company policies and procedures are regularly updated and compliant.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A minimum of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification at a minimum.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in operations or process improvement.
Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in the security industry or a related field is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Proficiency in process mapping and inefficiency analysis.
Expertise in training design and implementation.
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
