The Principal Planning and Strategy Officer at the National Council for Children’s Services (NCCS) is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction through research, policy development, and performance management. NCCS is a State Corporation established under the Children Act, 2022, mandated to regulate, coordinate, and oversight children services in Kenya. This role involves translating research findings into policy briefs to improve children's services, initiating codes of conduct for child protection, and managing the Council's performance contracts.
