Role Description
BNTVC is seeking qualified individuals to fill two (2) positions for Plumbing Trainers. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing instruction and training to students, preparing them for the demands of the plumbing industry through both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training in plumbing to students following the approved curriculum.
Demonstrate plumbing techniques and the safe use of tools and equipment in a workshop setting.
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
Evaluate student progress through practical tests and written examinations.
Maintain a safe and organized learning environment within the plumbing workshops.
Mentor and guide students in professional standards and entrepreneurial skills relevant to the plumbing sector.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: A Degree or Diploma in Plumbing from a recognized institution.
Any other equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution.
Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and installations.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to learners.
