About the Role
Yanah Pharmacy is a healthcare provider offering both in-person and online shopping services. We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our team in Embu. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
Dispensing prescription and non-prescription medications to patients.
Providing counseling and advice to patients on drug usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
Maintaining accurate patient records and drug inventory.
Ensuring compliance with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations.
Managing stock levels and ensuring proper storage of medications.
Delivering excellent customer service to both in-person and online clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must hold a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Must be currently enrolled and licensed by the Pharmacy & Poisons Board (PPB).
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and pharmacy management systems.
