This role focuses on activating, energizing, and re-engaging sales representatives, ensuring they maintain consistency and momentum in their sales activities. It is a high-energy, follow-up-driven, and results-oriented position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment rather than a traditional administrative role. You will be responsible for helping new 'Launch Ready' representatives hit their first milestones quickly and ensuring existing reps stay motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities
Activation: Help new and 'Launch Ready' representatives achieve their first sale within the critical first 72 hours.
Outreach: Conduct activation calls and maintain consistent follow-ups using various channels including calls, messages, voice notes, and direct messages.
Campaign Management: Execute data-driven retention and reactivation campaigns to bring inactive representatives back into the sales pipeline.
Tracking & Reporting: Log all interactions and follow-up activities accurately within the CRM system.
Morale & Support: Send recognition messages to top performers and support overall high team morale.
Sales Enablement: Handle objections effectively and share approved scripts and tools with the sales force.
Feedback Loop: Collect testimonials, moderate internal social media groups, and escalate key cases to management as necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Communication: Excellent communication skills across multiple mediums (voice, video, and text).
Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence to handle diverse personalities and objections.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and discipline to manage large volumes of follow-up activities.
Technical Proficiency: Experience and proficiency in using CRM software.
Drive: Proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
Pace: Ability to work fast and meet specific performance metrics.
Experience: Prior experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or sales-oriented Call Center environments is strongly preferred.
