St. Ruth School, located in the serene Kentmere Area of Limuru, Kiambu, is a Montessori kindergarten and primary school that offers both Kenyan and British educational systems. We are seeking dynamic, inspired, and qualified teachers to join our academic team.

Primary Grade 3-9 Teachers (Social Studies)
Kiswahili Teachers
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality instruction in Social Studies or Kiswahili to students from Grade 3 to Grade 9.
Implement teaching strategies that align with Montessori principles as well as Kenyan and British curriculum standards.
Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and achievement of students.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
Participate in school-wide activities, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess a PTE (P1 Certificate) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required.
Must possess a certificate in Computer Proficiency.
Excellent communication skills with both adults and children.
