Operations Associate

Ando Foods is on a mission to create food brands for delivery only. We are creating the foundations of an idea - a premium experience, sustainable all round, and most importantly delicious restaurant quality delivery-only food that travels well.\n\n### The Role\nAs an Operations Associate, you will be at the center of our kitchen operations, coordinating between chefs, riders, customer support teams, and technology platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping operations running smoothly.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Monitor and manage incoming orders across delivery platforms and internal systems\n* Coordinate order preparation, packaging, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery\n* Work closely with kitchen teams to prioritize orders and resolve operational bottlenecks\n* Coordinate with riders to ensure efficient pickups and smooth delivery operations\n* Verify order accuracy, presentation, and packaging standards before dispatch\n* Escalate and resolve customer, rider, or operational issues in real time\n* Track key operational metrics such as preparation times, dispatch times, and order accuracy\n* Support inventory checks for packaging materials and operational supplies\n* Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance\n* Assist with daily reporting and continuous improvement initiatives\n\n### Requirements\n* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field\n* 1+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, retail, restaurants, or customer service is an added advantage\n* Strong organisational and multitasking skills\n* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities\n* Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment\n* High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership\n* Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and digital systems
