Job Description
Huruma Maternity and Nursing Home is a medical institution duly licensed by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board to operate as a level 4 hospital. We are seeking a qualified and passionate Nutritionist to provide professional dietetic and nutritional guidance to our patients.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical nutritional assessments and customized diet planning for patients.
Educate patients on healthy eating habits, dietary requirements, and food-related health conditions.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate optimal nutritional care within the hospital setup.
Monitor and evaluate patients' nutritional health and adjust care plans as necessary.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
Must be fully registered and licensed with the Kenya Nutritionists and Dieticians Institute (KNDI) with a current valid practicing license.
Two (2) years of working experience in a similar position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
