As a Mobile & Outreach Executive, you will drive demand generation and booking execution for school oral health talks, corporate dental days, and home visits.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Pipeline & Sales: Proactively prospect and manage the sales pipeline.\n- Deliver compliant deployment plans to ensure the mobile unit operates without cancellations.\n- Assist during activations and drive conversion of screenings into bookings and paid services.\n- Maintain clear documentation for billing and provide regular reports on activity and success.\n\n### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n- Weekly qualified lead generation with complete contact details.\n- Number of confirmed deployments per month for Schools, Corporates, and Home visits.\n- Achievement of zero preventable cancellations.\n- Revenue generated from bookings and paid services.\n- Accurate documentation for billing and claims support.\n\n### Requirements\n- 2+ years of experience in field sales, activations, outreach, community marketing, insurance sales, or B2B relationship roles.\n- Strong execution discipline with adherence to checklists and timelines.\n- Comfortable with significant field movement and professional engagement with stakeholders.\n- Proficiency in digital communication (WhatsApp/email) and tracking tools (Excel/Google Sheets).\n- Bonus: Experience in healthcare outreach, insurance/TPA environments, or corporate wellness coordination.\n\n### Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
