We are currently seeking a highly qualified Medical Superintendent to oversee our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall clinical operations and administrative functions of the hospital.
Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained across all departments.
Provide leadership and guidance to the medical team and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) regulations and other healthcare standards.
Implement and monitor hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
Coordinate between the medical staff and administrative management to optimize hospital performance.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBChB).
Professional Registration: Must be duly registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Clinical Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of active clinical experience.
Management Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in a healthcare management role or previously serving as a Medical Superintendent.
