Job Description
Cosmos Limited is a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer in East and Central Africa, dedicated to producing quality and affordable medicines locally. We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative for Veterinary Sales to be responsible for veterinary medicines sales and marketing, collections, and overall customer service satisfaction in the Nyanza Region territory.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute Sales and Marketing action plans to achieve set qualitative and quantitative targets.
Identify and recruit new customers while identifying business growth areas for the existing portfolio.
Manage Distributor Accounts and build strong professional relationships.
Conduct Technical Product Trainings for Distributor Technical Staff and animal health professionals.
Collate and prepare Monthly Sales, Cumulative Sales performance, and Product performance reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Animal Health or a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Veterinary Pharmaceutical sales.
Must be Licensed and Retained (2026) by the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB).
A strategic thinker with the ability to research and analyze market trends.
Skills and Competencies
Great interpersonal communication and customer management skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
