Medical Officer In-Charge

We are seeking a Medical Officer In-Charge to lead clinical operations, oversee the medical team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.### Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB).- Minimum 5 years’ post-internship experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.- Registration and valid practising licence from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).### Key Competencies- Proficiency in general medical practice with ability to manage a wide range of conditions.- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven mentorship experience.- Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, clinical governance, and hospital operations.- Capacity to manage emergencies and coordinate multidisciplinary care.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.- Competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital information systems.- High ethical standards, integrity, and patient-centred approach.### How to ApplyQualified candidates should submit their application through the recruitment portal at valleyhospital.zohorecruit.com.
