Job Description
AAR Healthcare is currently one of the largest providers of outpatient healthcare services in East Africa, with a network of 21 clinics across the country and serving over 300,000 clients annually. We are seeking a qualified Doctor to provide high-quality clinical services in a cost-effective and patient-centred manner.
Key Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and manage patients in line with the Standard Treatment Guidelines.
Ensure compliance with established SOPs and clinical protocols.
Conduct health promotion activities, including patient education and health talks.
Engage patients and provide appropriate medical support and guidance.
Position Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).
Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practising medical doctor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Pleasant and professional demeanour.
Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
